A lot has changed in the security industry over the past 12 months, including a rise in cyber attacks against high-profile firms, the genesis of global cyber peace deals and the harsh realization that no-one is safe from online threats.  Meanwhile, experts warned that cyber crime is no longer a problem for the IT department alone. It is a boardroom issue and it became apparent in 2015 that the consequences of a major hack can include financial ruin, job losses, extortion and loss of reputation.

So...another day, and you hear about yet another data breach. From the cyber-attacks on the Internal Revenue Service to news of the latest security bugs, it seems as if frequent cyber-security incidents represent the new normal. Before it happens to you, what should you be paying attention to ?  What new methods can your security group deploy to augment traditional perimeter defenses around your systems? The key is to focus on your most valuable asset—data—and build a security strategy that protects data at its source.  But how do you begin do that?

Come hear what industry experts and other companies are doing to set up a better defense!
