Ms. Copeland is a results-oriented finance executive with over 25 years of experience in financial planning & analysis with market-leading companies.  Her vast functional FP&A experience combined with her systems knowledge and strong business acumen, have uniquely positioned her to help clients fully utilize the value-creating capabilities of Oracle EPM systems.

For the past 20 years, she has improved the performance of FP&A teams by re-engineering business processes, realigning resources and strengthening partnerships with business operations. Additionally, she also has a proven track record of improving profitability through revenue enhancement or cost reduction efforts.

Over the past two years, Copeland has been focused on implementing Oracle's EPBC solution. Her implementations have successfully utilized out of the box functionality by effectively communicating the capabilities of the product and opportunities to change the business process.
